I have been a lifelong resident of Western New York. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Canisius College, and being admitted into the Jesuit Honor Society Office of Alpha Sigma Nu, I obtained my legal degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Law School and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1988. The exclusive focus of my practice is Family Law and Matrimonial Law. I was trained in Matrimonial Mediation in 1996 and in the Collaborative Process in 2009. I am a member of the Erie County and New York State Bar Associations, Family Law Sections. I am a panel attorney for the Erie County Indigent Prisoner Society, Family Law Section, and also a panel attorney for the Attorney for the Child program.
After admittance to the New York State Bar, Harry worked for the Longeretta Law firm in general practice, formed a partnership with attorney Michael Cancilla, and then worked as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Utica for a number of years. These endeavors allowed Harry to explore the relationships within the different disciplines of the law and gave him invaluable insight into litigation practices and processes. In 2006, Harry became an associate at a local estate planning law firm and focused exclusively on estate planning law. After receiving training and setting up plans for numerous clients with this firm, in 2010, Harry saw a need for an under-served niche of clients. That niche will be served by LifeLaw, LLC.
My goal is to help all my clients get the best protection they need for the best rates from the best company. I want everyone to understand that while rates are extremely important, at the time of a loss, coverage is what will take precedence. I am the agent that will make sure all my clients are properly educated on their coverages, so they can choose how they want to insure themselves and where to spend their money. If at the end of our meeting, you save money and have better coverages and are better educated, then I have succeeded in being the agent you deserve. After 20 years of being in the business, I pride myself on being available 24/7. Every card has my cell number on it, so you can text or call me with any questions or concerns you may have any time. I know in today’s world, everyone has a choice. I would like to be your choice and show you how every customer should be treated.
My real estate practice has always been centered around my client’s needs and my fiduciary duty to them. As an experienced agent who deals with divorce, I understand the emotional piece of every transaction. I work in synergy with our other affiliates to ensure minimal stress and a positive experience.
I have been a full-time licensed real estate salesperson in Western New York for over 30 years. I am proficient in Investment Properties, Financing, Service and Follow-up, and Negotiation Skills. Get professional service with a smile!
As a Relationship Clarity coach, I help people who are in the midst of a breakup or divorce move past their pain and heartbreak. We focus on the recovery process so you can move forward with hope and optimism for the future.
