As the founder of Turning Tides Financial LLC, Julianne Lepo has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. Julianne has worked with hundreds of individuals over the course of her career, taking a personalized, multi-faceted approach to wealth management while helping her clients navigate financial challenges that often result from major life transitions, such as divorce, retirement or loss of a spouse.

Julianne began her financial career as an advisor and coach, with a focus on helping others feel financially aware and empowered to make smart choices that result in financial clarity and stability. Over the years, Julianne’s personal and professional experience is what ultimately inspired her to create Turning Tides Financial LLC and offer her own suite of financial advising and planning programs.

In addition to working as a Financial Advisor, Julianne is a registered CDFA® (Certified Divorce Financial Analyst). Her vast experience in the financial industry, especially with handling divorce matters, allows her to help clients going through divorce understand both the human and technical side of money with ease and confidence. Julianne takes a collaborative approach to her practice, working closely with individuals, divorce attorneys and mediators on providing financial analysis, investment strategies and personal financial management. Through all her services, Julianne strives to empower her clients through “life’s financial transitions,” believing an emotional crisis does not have to be a financial crisis.

An active member of the local community, Julianne has been involved with Junior Achievement of Western New York and recently participated in a triathlon for the Leukemia & Lymphoma society. She is also involved with the Save a Tear Project, an organization aimed at bringing awareness to mental health and suicide prevention.

Since 2014, Julianne has been a member of New York State Dispute Resolution and the Institute of Divorce Financial Analysts (IDFA), a leading national organization dedicated to the advancement of financial professionals in the divorce arena.
